I agree with you on this. Ever since the new era of OOTP I thought it a bit of a shock that that was never listed somehow in the game. Its nice to see how managers move up the ranks to the MLs (at least my organization promotes the farm staff, not sure if AI clubs do), but it would really be nice to see that same information for the other positions.

And I will throw out another thing, adding first and third base coaches. Those are important positions too. Not sure how you would have their presence effect the players production, but those are important spots on a coaching staff where future/past managers tend to work in.
