Historical.
I only play one league - the same one I've been playing since... OOTP8?. I started in 1969 as the Royals and play out every third game.
I'm about to win the 2004 AL Central. My Royals have had a bit more success recently than the MLB Royals.
Once I catch up to modern day I'll let the league slowly become fictional with ~40 years of MLB history.
