The PEBA is a 24-team fictional league in its fourth year of existence and eighth season of play with franchises mostly located in the continental U.S. We have been fortunate to attract a quality group of friendly, competitive, active owners. We're always interested in getting to know more like-minded individuals with an interest in joining in our fun and would love to hear from you.
