I know that even when you don't think its the problem sometimes it turns out to be that way. I don't think it will hurt if you just humor me and try it, who knows it might even work out that, that was the problem. In my time on the forum here upwards of 90% of these errors (even when there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason or a team causing the error) turn out to be something like this.
If I'm wrong, so what, you aren't any worse off than you were before... If I'm right then you've solved your problem... either way what do you have to lose. You asked for suggestions and ideas so I presented one, its your call whether to try it or not.
