A 3 1/2 star player was waived after being suspended for an opening day brawl!

He was at a position of need so I picked him up.

Seems like 3 1/2 stars is halfway decent, is there some sort of morale problem with a guy like that on the AI team to cause them to release him? It says he "likes to play cards with the guys in the clubhouse" or something in his description.
