I have 4 levels of minors with the lowest being SA. I know a lot of people here stick with 4 and have the lowest be rookie ball, but I don't like the game thinking there should be an SA level in the middle. 4 levels is more than enough, as I have gone with 3 but wanted a lower level for guys coming out of high school.

I get into micro-managing my minors, and its too much to have a ton of minor league teams that require attention all the game.
