I wouldn't see why Larry would do that "at" Jason, but you never know. If that is the case, why haven't I ever saw Larry do that to any other fighter (Roy Jones for example) that feels the need to speak directly to the HBO broadcasters. I am very happy for Jason, and if I'm correct, he didn't get a post fight interview.
As far as Marquez, I don't necessarily have a horse in the race, but I think Manny crushes him at any weight above 135. I do appreciate the praise that Marquez gets and he is a tremdous fighter, but what was the deal with the Mayweather fight (or non fight)? I actually PAID for that fight and still hold a lot of disappointment towards Marquez.
I am mindful of the weight differential and Mayweather is in his own league, but that much of a blow out?? Good small guys have been fighting good big guys for years and much of the time, are at least competitive. What happened to the genius of JMM? His outstanding ability to adjust his gameplan to a slick boxer? His tremendous body punching? His "high level" strength training to go up in weight effectively? Help from his highly intelligent trainer? None of these factors existed in Marquez's only appearance above 135, so I have to go by what I've seen myself.

Very good post/points dragon. From that fight we can see what a tough, skilled fighter Juan is but he was pushed in that fight, Manny's a totally different animal. I know Juan's been in with him before but he might be looking @ it as one last big payday before he retires. You're right, Floyd made him look like he was a club fighter by comparison.
