That would be BJ's Cap Logo Images - MLB? If so, then I'm just as simple as you are... I don't understand the point of what he did, other than perhaps providing images for people to use in a Photoshop-type program.
Try one of the other downloads. Cap logos are just team logos and those are available in plenty. However, I think what you would do better with is are cap
files like the ones below. To get them, go back to that web site and click FaceGen instead of Logos.
