At least until the UBL season starts, my best actually is:
NML Milwaukee Keggers - took over early in the 1924 season - team had the worst record in the league.... although I don't remember exactly what it was. They went over .500 down the stretch and finished 4th worst.
1925 - 88-74, got the wildcard, then lost 1-0 in the decisive fifth game to the ^&%*$@#* Chicago Fire.
Look out for us in 1926......
