Microleague Baseball + GM Disk was the first on the computer. Actually, there was one earlier I liked to play. It was a baseball game for the TRS-80 model III. I don't even rememebr the name of it.

My first board game for baseball was All Star Baseball with the round cards that you used with a spinner, then Stratomatic.
