The Braves have the prospects I would want for Rasmus. While the White Sox have one player I would be interested in targeting as part of a deal for Rasmus. However, he wouldn't be all that I wanted.

That man is Gordon Beckman.
White Sox fans will likely laugh at this,
u want Quentin for Rasmus sure lets do that deal, but Bacon isnt going anywhere ever. he will be in a Sox uni for the next 10 yrs, while i am not sold that Beckham is the savior many believe him to be he is still a solid hitter that can play 3 positions if need be. Beckham wasnt part of the so called Halladay deal or for Lee so why would we trade him for Ramus with 146 K?

as far as the rest of the team goes. Paulie is most likely gone, he is streaky over the last several yrs and at 12 mil in 2010 he would prob want 15+ for 2011. Sox have Dayan Viciedo who needs to get moved to 1B eventually. Sox do need to trade for a C unless AJ signs for close to the 6 million he made in 2010 after a subpar yr, and while i love teh guy he is a base runners dream. i would rather have Soto on teh south Side who is actually worse then AJ on def but can hit 20 + Hr.
Juan Pierre can play CF if need be and we have Alex Rios in CF who was great this yr so making a trade for Rasmus doesnt make sense after everything i read since i posted this.
Sox r in ok shape overall for 2011, A healthy Peavy makes a huge difference, and if thornton and jenks and a few other bull pen pitchers r good to go then so r the sox.
The Sox at this point will once again like they have for most if the last 20 yrs will compete for 2nd place in the central and just need a career yr or 2 and a little bit of luck to win the division.
Sox with or w/o Paulie should win close to 88 games.
