If they wanna get him they will.
Cardinals don't appear interested in moving him at all. And the issue of TLR and Rasmus has pretty obviously been blown out of proportion.
It's no different then Rolen, Edmonds and Ozzie having issues with him.
It can be handled internally, I don't see why it should effect his value.
And the fact that the Cardinals don't need to trade him, and doubtful they will.
