How can I tell if a player will or will not accept a demotion to the minors? It seems that just becuase a player has "Minor League Option" years left does not mean he will accept a demotion.

I ask because I would sometimes like to sign free agents, but only if they will accept the demotion. Free agents dont have the symbol that denotes if they would accept the demotion.
