It has been worked on and is an ongoing process, but Andreas has to release it. Since the code is being redone I can only guess they are not going to release anything at the present time.
In the meantime I will continue to work on the current PBP as I am able and hopefully catch everything that needs to be fixed. Just keep in mind that I am not employed by OOTP and do this on a volunteer basis, so it is done as I have free time.
I was asked to add to the existing PBP database and just started going back over the original PBP last summer, with virtually no work done from August to now due to work and Coaching which consumes 70+ hours a week between them. We are in the playoffs now, so that will hopefully continue for another 4 weeks, after which I will again begin to devote more time.
I have only reviewed about a third of the original PBP, so any updates that are released will be incremental. The goal is to be completely finished when the new game. Sorry, but that is the best answer I have right now.
