Thanks, no, I did not do any of the lower divisions. As it is, this project took me a week or so when I did it a couple years ago.

You can open the images up in an image editing program, select the colors, and note their HEX or HSV values, depending on which program you use. For example, if you open them in paint, and use the eyedropper tool, you can find the colors HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) values. Then with that you can use
an online site to convert that to the HEX values the game uses. Alternatively, open the images with the GiMP or Photoshop, use their respective eyedropper tools, which reads out a HEX value as well.
EDIT: I've attached to this post a spreadsheet that lists each team and all the colors used.
