In "C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 11\data" (or wherever your data folder is) there's a "background" picture. Change that for the initial loadscreen.

If you want to change to background for the main menu go to "C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 11\data\skins\ootp classic (or whatever skin you want)\images" and change the bg_startscreen to whatever you want. Obviously you must have downloaded the skin(s) through Add-On Central. I also believe that once you do this you'll need to delete the "skin.bin" in the ootp classic folder. It will make a new one next time you start it up using your new picture.
