You can unlicense the game from the Game Preferences area (available from main screen or the OOTP menubar in-game). There is a license tab in there.

I think you can actually uninstall and reinstall without unlicensing. But to be safe, you should probably unlicense first anyway. Make sure you note your Order ID just in case - it will be shown on the screen before you unlicense.
