My OOPT11 keeps crashing for some reason. It has run flawlessly in the past. I want to do a complete reinstall of OOTP11. Do I have to unlicense the game first? If so, how do I go about that? I do not see that as an option this year. How do I find my order number for when I try to re-license the game? Any help would be appreciated.
