Have the page you want up in the game. Press the PrtSc button. The captured screen is now in the clipboard. Boot a graphics (right word?) program, I use IrfanView. Paste the screen shot. Crop it and maybe adjust the size (reduces file size), save it with a name you remember. When you post you can attach it by clicking on the paper clip.
