Not a big deal. I can manually edit the record books which is pretty nice and with the almanac, I can go back and figure out who should be the Cy Young in each season. As far as the career stats, its not like these guys are among the all-time leaders or anything.
Little bit more detail about it, in 1920 I did the era change to the Golden Age which is when the problem began. Usually its only one pitcher every year, always in the AL (I have the DH turned on in that league which may factor in to it too since pitchers tend to stay in longer). Longer outings, plus better hitting, and 4 more teams than originally probably all factor in to this.
