If AOL 5 or NeoPlanet is set as the system default web browser, it may result in OOTP4 giving an Invalid Page Fault Error in Module MFC42.DLL.
Solution:
Open Control Panel > Internet Options. Then, go to the Programs tab and click on "Reset Web Options". Reboot the computer. This should correct the problem. If the error message reappears or this advice does not apply to your setup, please reply and I'll go into the next troubleshooting steps.
