I'll let Gambo/Spritze discuss the differences. Also, in the Spritze case I think only the HS has beed updated on Padres fan (again Spritze can confirm), the older versions had some issues which I believe he has fixed.

With respect to the random DB, until this last patch is released (the beta is available), randomized DB in 11 was not really practical. It appears that it will be fixed with the official patch release. The random DB tool (elsewhere on this forum) will not work with X or 11 (too many new fieelds have been added). I had been trying to create random DB for folks who request them and will do that again once the patch is out. PM me if you are interested.
