Hey guys, I'm thinking about stepping outside of the basic Lahman DB and using a custom DB for the next historical league I start. There's a lot of DB's to sort through so I thought I'd ask a couple questions.

1. What is the main difference between the Gambo/Spritze DB and the Spritze High School DB? Is it just the age 18 thing for entering the league?

2. What are the "Real Team" Spritze DBs (I'm looking at the database list on PadresFan), and are those only for use without the amateur draft?

3. Are there still any randomized (random debut year) databases available for use with OOTP 11? If not, is there a utility or some other way to randomize the debut years in a database?
