That is not accurate. It might be a game specific problem based on user settings, with nothing whatsoever to do with the users PC, browser, et al..
In an effort to find out if other users have also submitted runtime error tickets related to versions 11.2.18 and 11.2.23 I will post my bug reports in the games general forums going forward.
