Coolyvol - A couple of questions.

1) are you planning on using real or neutralized stats?
2) are you planning on using re-calc?
3) If not recalc, are you planning on having ratings and potential based upon Career, first year or peak year?
4) same question as #3 only on dealing with players who have already started their career when you first import
