Ah, I can't believe I forgot that part.
The league's would compete within the same free agent pool, and they would be able to trade between leagues. I imagine the transaction wire looking much like they do in the European Soccer leagues.
I would also like to institute some sort of salary cap-- perhaps a "soft" cap but the specific of that would be discussed with the 4 Commissioners so that we're all in agreement and all on the same page.
I would also like to reiterate that this is not a recruitment thread. Rather, just a medium for me to develop my idea and get some feedback. However, if you are interested in one of the 4 Commissioner spots, a simple PM so that I know there's a market out there for this kind of league would be helpful
