Are you not counting those prior to 1900?

Ed Delahanty hit 4 in a 9-inning game in 1896, but Bobby Lowe did it 2 years prior in a 9-inning game.

My bad missed the 20th century reference, just saw 4 home runs in the national league when I made the post.
