Someone gave me the link to ootpdevfiles.com as the place to download a new skin if I want to modify it. When I try to go to the site it just loads and loads and loads and never actually comes up. Is this where I should go and is there another way I can access skin files to edit?

I can't modify the skin if I download it from inside the game can I?
