As commissioner of my own solo league, I'm frustrated about what to do in the case of guys who weren't sluggers IRL, but who get a lot of HRs in my league. I haven't been able to find the option that I could use to force them to get tested. AFAIK, Markus did not get this into the game design. I really have to wonder what good it does to be commissioner, and not the have to ability to do something about drug use in my own league.
