GABA is starting it's 4th season and is converting to OOTP11 once the league gets to Jan 1, 2012 in game time. League is currently on 11/5/2011 with salary arbitration and free agents filing being done before the conversion.
This is a very strong and active league. There is a ton of trading that takes place and the league is very competitive. 5 of the 6 divisions came down to the final week or two before they were decided and we have had 3 different champions in our 3 seasons.
No special rules other than we do use scouts and we have a 120% soft cap with revenue sharing.
Have two openings: Washington Nationals and Oakland A's.
