We are a league which started in 2008 with real players and started on OOTP9. We have 10 years of history behind us and a solid group of owners. Unfortunately with the conversion comes casualties and I understand that. Here are some of the key rules we have with the league

FA Compensation
No Salary Cap but a luxury tax
No Trading of Draft Picks
Ratings 1-10
Scouts (new addition for OOTP11)
Draft Pick Negotiation
We sim 3 times a week at 10 days each sim or if there are 31 days in the month the last sim will be 11 days. Here are a list of teams currently available (they have already told me they are not converting) more could come but this is probably pretty close.

Some of these teams need some work and others are quite competitive

We are currently in the playoffs and will be converting after the playoffs are done!
