So what do you base your assessment of players with? Just looking at the stats doesn't give you much information about a player so it's a total crap shoot. Specially when drafting, then what? Sure doesn't sound interesting to me. I like to see what talent players have, like having scouts in real life giving me their reports and findings about a player.

Sure you make the game harder playing it your way but I can't see the fun in that.
