If ACC wanted, they would have asked - and they did not. Nor Big 10 (not a fit anyway) which is about the only other conference that needs to expand.
I figure that those that cannot stand on their basketball legs may have to go a few rungs down... MAC or C-USA, to keep any kind of football program.
