I would suggest toning down the 2003 amatuer draft pool a bit. It's great drafting the real players, but i found the talent pool on the whole to be rated way too high -- way too many excellent prospects in later rounds (in a 7 round draft) and too many advancing way too fast, with more than a handful starting in the majors right after being drafted -- way out of whack compared to the later computer generated draft pools. Maybe others have different experiences, but this is what I saw.
