I go to my team, setup, export, but it says cannot create file

C:\programfiles\OOTP3\ukbl.lg\EXPIMP\Team5.EXP

I imported my internet leagues files fine, i get the updated stats, but i cant export. I only made some contract extension offers (to see how low i could get) and made changes to Depth Charts, Pitching staff, and batting order. What is going wrong?
