I think the whole thing is flawed. One thing, If the owner doesn't want a black guy coaching all he has to do is bring a black guy in and ask him questions and already knowing the answer. If an owner doesn't want a black guy coaching, then he shouldn't have to even interview. Yeah it is wrong, but why force it. If he doesn't want a black coach, even with this system, then it is too easy to workaround.
