Oh, they'll sure follow through the motions and do that. Kind of like how Nebraska is only deciding to join the Big 10 today.
It's just that the decision has been made, and it would not be changed unless something else happens.
According to Chip Brown, Texas AD already told the coaches that the effort to save Big 12 has failed.
