Looking here and not seeing any (don't see a team folder either).

Drill down into the templates themselves, and inside that folder should be your team folder. So, if you have C:\Program Files\OOTP-utils\baseball cards\cards\1950-tpl (for example), inside 1950 you should see your team folder (you were almost there, you just need to go into the template folder and you should see your team folder).
