hey guys i am a new commish and i am loving this game, i just am struggling to get things going on here. the guy at total baseball sim has helped me a ton with ftp stuff, however i have people telling me they cant make trades because they are not the commissioner. is this normal? can people not make trades if they are not the commish?

any help would be appreciated.
