I have a question that I'm sure has been covered by some of you veteran players, but I have a couple of question about the minor leagues in OOTP.

First off, do players develop their projected value? I see on my A team, every player has a half or 1 start projected value. Can these players develop into something more? I hope this happens or there is some way to develop players.

Also, do players bust? Is there a 5 star potential player that just won't reach that?

And one last question, struggling players, is there any reason to send them to the minors? What is the effect in OOTP on struggling players getting sent to the minors. Can this be a good managerial move in OOTP or does this do nothing.

I am unsure of how young players are effected, is there a "rush" to the majors effect where some players can be negatively effected if they are brought into the majors too soon?
