Not sure how much help this will be, but try
Padresfan Mods website, select OOTP, then Facegen (trust me...), and look down near the bottom of the page under "Other Files". There's some tutorials and templates there for logos that may be of assistance.
I'm sure plenty of others will chime in with advice.
