There is a website that hands out awards for best online leagues if that's what you mean. Leagues have to write to them to be included in the judging. From <a href="http://www.angelfire.com/sd/Cyclones/AFBL.html" target="_blank">the Association of Fantasy Baseball Leagues</a> website: Awards will be handed out in January, April, July, and October. Deadline for the January judging was December 31st but maybe there is some leeway on that, it's worth contacting them anyway.
