I think the only way that could be added (without Markus adding a "runner out advancing" play to the engine) would be as a variation on the PbP text that appears on a CS play. But, since SBAs of Home are pretty rare, that text wouldn't show up very often for that purpose. It would mostly show up on SBAs of 2B.
