I sent a guy straight to the majors after being drafted. Actually ended up being a HoF closer. I forget his stats right now though. He was racking up 50 saves a season with a sub 2.00 ERA each year after his first. In his first he put up 20 saves and I think a 3.50 ERA, so I wasn't sure, but he got good quick.
