I just don't do any trade in any game unless I believe it would actually happen in real life.
Just don't take advantage of the AI.
I also made a trade approval thread on this forum for people to post trade opportunities for other forum members to say they approve or not of said trades.
Police yourself, I play on the hardest trading difficulty as well, but when a player is placed on the trading block, it is all too easy to land them.
Also, as the previous poster said, no 4 for 1 trades etc.
2 for 2, 2 for 3. 1 for 2 etc are okay.
