I appreciate the input, but I am starting a league for just my brother and I, so "joining" a league isn't something we do not want to do right at this moment.

Can the league file be uploaded via http or another way other than ftp? My web hosting service uses Microsoft FrontPage and the FrontPage extensions, and if ftp is used, it will corrupt the FrontPage extensions, causing problems for the entire site.

So I need another way of uploading the games files/reports, etc., as well as another way for my brother to download the files - I noticed that OOTPB 11 offers you to download via http, but not upload the same way. How stupid is that?
