Yes, but it kind of ruins the reality of the trading deadline, and is quite annoying to get offers for trades that would never clear waivers. I also am not a fan of how the game continues to inundate the newswire with reports of trade rumors after the deadline. Ideally that would be toned down by a factor of 10 if there's a trading deadline set.
