To turn on ftp trace, on the main screen, hit the game preferences button -> Troubleshooting tab -> Choose "Write FTP debug info into file"

Then load your league, attempt a download and an upload. Then go back to the main screen -> Game Preferences -> Troubleshooting and hit the button to open ftp_trace.txt and send that info to me.
