if you want to run an FTP trace and send me the log file, I can look at it and see if your file is just not correct or if there is something else going on for you.
To turn on ftp trace, on the main screen, hit the game preferences button -> Troubleshooting tab -> Choose "Write FTP debug info into file"
Then load your league, attempt a download and an upload. Then go back to the main screen -> Game Preferences -> Troubleshooting and hit the button to open ftp_trace.txt and send that info to me.
