The ability to customize news by league -- this never really mattered before, but with dynamic leagues, it's suddenly become important.
For example, I have U.S., Japanese, Cuban, and Mexican leagues, all set to evolve dynamically. I manage a MLB team and that's the only league I really care about following day-to-day. However, certain rule changes in the foreign leagues may potentially require manual intervention (for example, if a league expands, I might want to do a manual division realignment to incorporate the expansion teams). So, it would be nice to be able to subscribe to rule changes in the foreign leagues, without having to wade through all the player-of-the-week e-mails that I don't care about; while still subscribing to even the most minor of MLB news items.
